All donations, community contributions, and membership fees are considered voluntary and non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2.⁠ ⁠Consulting and Project Services

Payments made for consulting services or project work are non-refundable once the service has been initiated. If you are unsatisfied with the quality or scope of service, please contact us and we will do our best to address any concerns.

3.⁠ ⁠Digital Products or Content

Due to the nature of digital content (e.g. downloadable documents, templates, reports), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered or accessed.

4.⁠ ⁠Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to process.
